Publicize the development activities of the government in the print and electronic media through paid advertisements/ awareness campaigns.
ADVERTISEMENT EXPENDITURE CONTROL
To rationalize advertisement expenditure.
To review meetings for scrutiny of the newspapers/ periodicals for inclusion in the provincial media list.
To check the advertisement related matter with regard to SPPRA Rules.
The Directorate Co-ordinates with all client Departments, Pre-Qualified Advertising Agencies and the newspapers for publication of advertisements and receipt of Advertisement bills, process same for clearance and make the payments the newspapers and Advertising Agencies.
